Workouts for the week of December 9-15:
Sunday 12/9: Rest (could barely walk---sooore from marathon)
Monday 12/10: Arm Weights and 2 miles on elliptical
Tuesday 12/11: 3 Mile Run--very slow, but first run since marathon :)
Wednesday 12/12: BodyPump
